- Download the following link listed below. You will be figuring out your Heart Rate. This is very important when exercising and figuring out if you are working hard enough or too hard. Please feel free to reach out with any questions that you may have. Please email me the document when you are finished. Thanks!
- You will need to copy and paste the google document into a word document or just type it out in an email. This document won't allow you to edit.

- Download the link given below. Inside the google doc is goals for each day and links that you can go to. Hopefully it isn't too confusing. Email me when you have it completed and that will be your grade for completion. Due- Friday, April 3rd by 11:59 PM.
